I am so excited about fall, the fashion, the leaves changing, the hot drinks (apple cider and cocoa I don’t drink hot coffee I’m not a serial killer!)

1. Faux Fur

Faux fur has been making a come back it’s low key Elle Woods mixed with Cam’ron iykyk

I love a coat as a statement piece or even a faux fur accessory. An accessory is an easy way to try out trends without breaking the bank, get a keychain, an earring, or handbag can let you dip your toes in this trend without committing to a large footprint in your closet for a coat.

Elle Woods the queen of Y2K fashion in a nutshell

2. Sheer

Sheer tops aren’t just for summer, think about how cute your favorite sheer top could be under your favorite crop top. The LAYERING this is every maximalist dream, we love a print baby! I can’t believe I hadn’t tried this sooner! I pulled out all my sheer shirts ( not a lot since I’m currently living in a hotel) but it really made so many new outfits in my small capsule wardrobe for the moment!

3. Statement Boots

As a maximalist my shoes are always a statement piece but I know everyone may not be like that. I don’t worry about “matching” so much I always am trying to make every piece compete for what people are gonna love more but still be cohesive. I like mixing prints and colors and this fall you can try it too! With so many boot silhouettes there is a style for everyone! Cowgirl, sock boot, chelsea, or even my personal ick wading boots. try any of them try them all. Get out of your fashion rut and experiment!

What fall trends will you try this year? What staple can you never let go? Let me know in the comments
