Do you only focus on colors when thinking of your wardrobe for each season? Let me stop you right there. That summer dress can be a fall dress. Those brown booties can be worn in the spring. And those pink sunglasses can def be worn in the winter.
Every thing in my closet I have to envision styling it three ways (or more) before I commit to it. I love my bright color palette so I wear color year round! I am a sucker for brown and navy in the fall though. That’s what I wearing here today I made it more my speed by adding the cream knit sweater with feather details.
I’ve had this blue pinafore dress in my closet for 2 years waiting for the perfect top. This was a purchase that was born out of pure nostalgia I had a red dress like this as a kid and I wore it OFTEN with patterned turtlenecks.
Turtlenecks were my jam back in the day I have a couple in my closet as I type. So I guess technically they still are. Anywho I always envisioned this look with a turtleneck but when I saw this sweater I knew I had to pair them together and these boots from @simplybeuk are to die for. I love the snake print and the blues and cognac colors were chef kiss.
Head to Toe fashion starts here
I love this hat it’s big head friendly I can wear it with a sew in or my natural curls or even braids. As a person with a larger head I find it hard to find style that is suited to me and that I can fit. This hat fits the bill, I have since purchased it in gray and can’t wait to style it soon! It is expertly constructed and fits well without giving me headaches.
Flutter Away with Me
This ribbed ecru sweater is dreamy I first styled it here and loved the pairing a lot but what I initially purchased it for was this dress so I was giddy to finally get to wear it. The best part of wearing an outfit that you’ve been prepping in your head for weeks is it being good on paper and real life lol
Boots Made for Walking
This ribbed knit sweater had all the drama I desired for this look. The fluffy sleeves. I die
The boots are fat feet friendly with tights or a thin sock I have loved walking in them! Simply Be is one of my go to brands for wide foot boots because they don’t pinch and have the best style always with latest trends and kee
